The brief
Going solar in the Philippines is a big, confusing purchase — spread across estimators, installers, financiers and paperwork that rarely talk to each other. Apolaki needed a home where a homeowner, an installer and a dealer could all meet, and where a rooftop job could move from enquiry to install without losing the thread.
What we built
- A public marketing site plus a role-aware app serving homeowners, installers and dealers from one place.
- A solar-savings estimator, an installer marketplace and financing options — the decision path, end to end.
- Field site-scout photo capture so quotes are grounded in the actual roof, not guesswork.
- An "Ask Apolaki" assistant to answer the questions that stall a purchase.
Styling
A clean, light UI in deep navy with a solar-gold gradient headline, set in Onest throughout. The feel is fintech-grade trust — calm, precise and reassuring — because this is a major decision and the interface has to earn confidence, not just look sunny.
Build
A Vite/React SPA on Netlify behind the custom domain apolaki.ai, with authenticated roles and policy-aware quoting so each user sees the tools and numbers that apply to them. One codebase, marketing and product together, fast to ship and to iterate.
Outcome
One place where a rooftop job moves from enquiry to install without the fog — homeowner, installer and dealer working the same thread instead of three disconnected ones.
